Plex
Search a Plex server, list what it added lately and refresh its libraries from workflows.
What it needs
A connection:
Plex server
A Plex Media Server that Search, Recently added and Refresh steps use.
- Address
- The server’s address.
- Plex token
- In Plex Web: an item’s ⋯ → Get Info → View XML; the address that opens ends in X-Plex-Token=<token>.
Workflow steps
- Search PlexSearches a Plex server's libraries:
{{steps.<id>.items}}is a list of {title, type, year, ratingKey}. - Recently added to PlexThe newest items in a Plex library section (or every section):
{{steps.<id>.items}}. - Refresh PlexAsks Plex to scan a library section (or every section) for new files.
